Victoria Wejko brings more than a two decades of experience in faith formation, pastoral ministry, and community leadership to her role as Director of Formation. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Pastoral Studies, blending strategic leadership with a deep love for the Church and its people. Throughout her career, Victoria has served in a variety of parishes across the Diocese of Rochester and the Diocese of Buffalo, ministering to children, youth, adults, and families with a heart rooted in service and a passion for lifelong discipleship. She is dedicated to creating welcoming, Christ-centered spaces where faith can grow and thrive—whether through sacramental preparation, children catechesis, or engaging initiatives.
