  • Mass of the Last Supper

    Thursday Apr 2, 2015 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM

The summit of the Liturgical Year is the Easter Triduum—from the evening of Holy Thursday to the evening of Easter Sunday. Though chronologically three days, they are liturgically one day unfolding for us the unity of Christ's Paschal Mystery.

The single celebration of the Triduum marks the end of the Lenten season, and leads to the Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord at the Easter Vigil.
The liturgical services that take place during the Triduum are:

    Mass of the Lord's Supper
Good Friday of the Lord's Passion
Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord

  • Stations of the Cross - Good Friday

    Friday Apr 3, 2015 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM

St. Alphonsus was a man in love with Jesus. For Alphonsus, the Stations of the Cross provided the opportunity to meditate on the true meaning of the love of the Most Holy Redeemer. With its poetic translation of the original, this revised version of Saint Alphonsus' Way of the Cross--a long-time parish favorite--offers insight into the mind of a saint and the passion that formed his devotion. Please join us!

  • Prayer Shawl Ministry

    Thursday Apr 16, 2015 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Prayer Shawl Ministry. This ministry was started to bring the comfort and warmth of God’s love to those who are suffering as well as support and love to those who are experiencing a special joy in their lives. It is a unique way of reaching out to the community in a very tactile way—a prayer shawl can be seen as a symbolic “hug” from God. Each month knitters and crocheters (and those who want to learn) will be gathering together on the 1st Monday and the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1:30pm to 3:30pm to pray, meditate, knit, crochet and enjoy fellowship. Please call the Parish Office to sign up(685-5083 or just come, we’d love to have you join us!
